New feature: Claims Management

Traviata CRM for Insurance has been extended with a claims management solution on top of the existing focus on a direct and indirect sales approach, 

To obtain a total 360° view of the customer, the solution that already supported the sales process with quotes, policies and premiums, now also offers claims handling.

After identification of the party, policy details (with version) and type of incident, the handler gets an overview of all the policies, quittances, payment and party information to make the right decision to accept or reject the claim.

Upon acceptance, the flow will guide the user through the process of the claim including related parties, objects, place of incident, coverage based on guarantees of the policy, the executers that meet criteria (distance,…) to do the assistance, execution, claims amount, object value,…
